| My name is Cass Womack/Wagner and I’m a Game Art and Design Major from the Art Institute of Tampa. I’ve been a digital artist since version 4 of Photoshop and I have been doing web design, graphic design, and character illustrations since I was able to hold a mouse.
Currently I’ve been working on game mods, flash animations and other side projects to build up my portfolio. I do commission work on the side since I am a college instructor in visual communications.

Each commission order is tailored to your needs. I will work with you until you are completely satisfied. Each drawing and painting won’t be rushed and I stress heavily on the quality of my work. I use computer software such as Photoshop, Flash, and PSP. Most sketches are done on the computer with the exception of pencil sketches that can be scanned and/or shipped to you. For large print orders I work in 300dpi to further guarantee image quality.
Having a clear idea of what you want, explanation of details, character personality/bio sheet, color examples, etc. the better your commission will come out. Picture reference(s) are not required but help greatly.

 What I will draw: I’m primary skilled in animals, fish, birds, reptiles and fantasy creatures. I will do some anime styles such as chibi’s and anthros (half animal/human). Game character sheets, concept art depending on circumstances. If you have any questions on this feel free to ask.
 What I wont draw: I keep all my work PG rated. No racism, political, religious, pornographic, or extreme violence. Light violence is accepted. Realistic drawings/paintings of humans or animals. I will also not do copyrighted/tradmarked characters due to legal rights.
I can imagine commissioning an illustration feels a bit risky, especially if its your first time. Will you like what you get? Well, first of all, do you like my style? Look at some of my pictures here and tell me what you like, and what you don't like etc. I help you work out what you need right from the start and put a lot of care in discussing your ideas with you even if you decide in the end you do not want the commission made.

A happy customer is a happy artist! Meaning I will always do what I can to satisfy your needs. When I receive a commission order, I will contact you within 24 hours. ( unless I'm on vacation or you e-mail over holidays ) Please, use your most current e-mail address. If I do not hear back from you within 3 business days I will disregard the order.
All private commission work is for your own personal use only. This includes uses such as, avatars, websites, role-playing, etc. For business commissions, such as flyers, advertisements, ect. a trademark/copyright agreement must be signed to determine legal rights. All commission work is not for re-sale, alteration or distribution.
Payment is made preferably through paypal to Wagwo Studios Inc. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted for clients who live within the United States. ( I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail, if you do chose snail mail please hide and seal payments. For your protection, I do not accept cash. Payment is made after I have received the commission order and after I’ve gotten an initial sketch approved by you. (If it’s a sketch order you will receive a rough sketch and a final sketch.)
Most commissions are completed within 10 business days, depending on detail and order status. An estimated completion date is established on all orders before the commission work begins. You will be informed on your commission status if there are any delays. No refunds will be given for work that’s been completed. In some cases I will rework artwork if you are unsatisfied. Prices may vary per order. (such as if you want a simple background or a very detailed one.)
These terms and conditions are subject to change, and used as a guideline agreement between both parties. A final agreement will be issued based on order.

For the most part I send my work digitally through e-mail. However prints can be made at an additional cost and I can ship internationally. Shipping costs will be determined by the size of the print and the location it is being shipped too. Prints that are shipped will be signed and numbered. Further print and shipping details will be worked out based on order.
